The Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra is preparing a new tool that will help food industry companies determine how many harmful carbon dioxide emissions they produce during their operations. It is a simple interactive calculator called Decarb Track, which will show which parts of production cause the most emissions and advise on how to reduce them. Thanks to this, companies will not only save the environment but can also save money and gain an advantage when collaborating with large customers.
